I don’t believe it. Is this giveaway real?

  • Yes! This giveaway is 100% real and there is a ton of paperwork we have to complete that requires us legally to give it away. So, no matter what, there will be a winner! No tricks up our sleeves here.

How will I know I am a winner?

  • If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Giveaways, we will contact you via the phone number and the email address you provided on your order/entry form. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize award.

Will you contact me on Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok if I win a Giveaway?

  • We do NOT use social media to contact the winners of the Giveaways we offer on www.fowlhabitco.com. If you feel that you’ve been contacted by someone impersonating us or a Fowl Habit Co. representative, please contact us at info@fowlhabitco.com so our team can investigate.

How do I know my entries are submitted?

  • Upon checkout completion, all entries are automatically submitted to the sweepstakes agency. Each and every order placed within the contest period is entered to win. No need to create an account or complete any further actions once checkout is completed. Whether you place one order or multiple orders, all entries will be tied to your name and contact information!

How long does it take to get my order completed?

  • Due to high volume of orders, it currently takes up to 5 business days to process your order and another 7-10 business days for your order to ship out. Please be patient with us as we are striving to work faster for our customers!

I didn’t receive a confirmation email; how do I know you received my order?

  • First, check your junk or spam folder! Sometimes our emails get flagged and end up in your junk or spam folder. If you still don’t see your confirmation email, you can email us at info@fowlhabitco.com with the below information and we will confirm that your order was received: 
    • First and Last Name
    • Full Address (House #, Street, Town, State, Zip Code.

I picked the wrong size for my order I just purchased, what do I do?

  • If you accidentally picked the wrong size, please email us immediately at info@fowlhabitco.com with your name and order number so we can fix your order before it ships!

I never received the items I ordered, what do I do?

  • We want to make sure our customers are happy! If you never received your items, please email info@fowlhabitco.com with your name and order number so we can assist you further.

My package got sent back or never arrived, am I still in the giveaway drawing?

  • Absolutely! Merchandise delivery and sweepstakes entries are two totally separate processes. Immediately following the completion of an order on our website, two critical things happen: 
    • 1: Your entries are automatically submitted to our Sweepstakes Administrator
    • 2: Your merchandise order is transmitted through to one of our varying facilities, where our teams will begin to produce your items and get them ready for shipment to you.

My order is being shipped back to Fowl Habit Co, what happened?

  • Sometimes deliveries are returned or delayed because the shipper received the wrong information when you placed your order. Please email us at info@fowlhabitco.com and we will figure everything out for you.

I messaged you on social media about an order but haven’t heard back. What happened?

  • Due to extremely high traffic on Facebook and Instagram, we are unable to manage all of our customer’s questions in an orderly fashion, so we do not answer order-specific questions via social media. If you have any order-specific questions, please email info@fowlhabitco.com and we will be happy to assist you.

I emailed or sent multiple emails to customer service (info@fowlhabitco.com) but never heard back. When will you email me?

  • At times we deal with large influxes of customer demand, and occasionally an email can slip through the cracks. Please do us a favor and re-send the email as we are passionate and dedicated to servicing your needs to our best ability! 

My question isn’t listed here what should I do?
